By installing or using Gmail Sender Info ("the Extension"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Service

The Extension adds sender domain information, brand logos, and email authentication indicators (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to the Gmail web interface. It is provided as a free tool for informational purposes.

2. No Warranty

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that:

• The Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all Gmail updates.
• Authentication results (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) will be accurate or complete in all cases.
• BIMI logos or favicons will always be available or correctly associated with a sender.

3. Not a Security Tool

The Extension provides informational indicators only. It is not a substitute for professional email security software, spam filtering, or anti-phishing solutions. Do not rely solely on the Extension's verdicts ("Trusted", "Use Caution", "Not Trusted") to determine whether an email is safe. Always exercise your own judgment.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Extension, including but not limited to damages from phishing, fraud, or data loss.

5. Gmail Dependency

The Extension interacts with Gmail's web interface, which is owned and operated by Google. Changes to Gmail's interface, API, or policies may affect the Extension's functionality without notice. The developer is not affiliated with Google.

6. Permitted Use

You may use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the Extension outside of its open-source license terms.
• Use the Extension to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Misrepresent the Extension's authentication results to others.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data is accessed and how it is handled.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
